Welcome to the online home of the Harford County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

As we continue advancing our mission of sisterhood, scholarship, service, and social action throughout Harford and Cecil Counties, we are excited to launch a new website designed to better serve our members, community partners, and the public.
