Greetings,

It is my honor to serve as President of the Harford County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated for the 2025–2027 biennium. On behalf of our dynamic and dedicated members, I welcome you to our virtual home.

Since its founding in 1913, Delta Sigma Theta has stood as a sisterhood of college-educated women committed to public service, social action, and uplifting communities. Guided by our Five-Point Programmatic Thrusts—Economic Development, Educational Development, International Awareness and Involvement, Physical and Mental Health, and Political Awareness and Involvement—HCAC remains deeply committed to advancing these priorities here in Harford County and the surrounding areas.

Economic Development efforts are aimed at increasing financial literacy and economic empowerment within the community. Through workshops, seminars, and mentoring, we provide the tools needed for financial independence and entrepreneurship.

Our Educational Development programs are designed to empower learners of all ages with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. innovative teaching methods and a commitment to excellence, we aim to create a nurturing environment that fosters growth and inspires lifelong learning.
