Human Trafficking Session (public/community event
January 30, 2021
Join us as we host a virtual Human Trafficking Seminar II panel discussion on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 3:00 – 5:00 pm.
January is National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month! Human trafficking is a CRIME and PUBLIC Health concern that affects individuals, families, and communities across generations, all states, the U.S. territories and D.C. We have assembled a panel of local experts to help attendees increase their awareness of what humantrafficking is; how to recognize and approach suspected activities and provide resources to individuals in need. Panelists are representatives from Harford County Hannah’s Hope Advocates and Ms. SMonique Smith-Person, a Human Trafficked Survivor-Advocate and longest living Jane Doe. This event is free and open to the public. Please register for Zoom access detail no later than 28 January 2021 at http://tinyurl.com/
